Sarah approaches wellness with a sense of compassion, curiosity, creativity and connection. She believes that every person has the power to be in control of their own health and recognizes that a person’s well-being is multi-faceted and influenced by the integration of all aspects of health.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, she is a registered yoga teacher, certified Integrative Women’s Health Coach, and mindfulness educator. She is a lifelong learner, and continues to pursue further health and wellness education through her health coach and nutrition training from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute, as well as continued yoga, mindfulness and massage training.
Sarah is passionate about helping others create a life of balanced health. Her background influences her unique and holistic coaching style.
When Sarah is not spending time with her husband and four children, you can find her reading, practicing yoga, biking, running, volunteering in schools and church, natural/organic gardening, hiking through the woods, dabbling in interior design, and woodworking.
